Brown Paper Packages Tied Up with String, These are 30 of my Favorite things...

Yesterday we had a great big party celebrating my 30th birthday. 

During the party, I channeled my inner Oprah and gave away 30 of my favorite things! I've listed them for you here so that, if you so desire, you might partake in the festivities and order yourself some of my very favorite things!

1. Chipotle.
Chipotle is my favorite restaurant. I love it. At the party, I gave away a $15 gift card for Chipotle. If you have a Chipotle near you, have dinner there tonight. 
If you don't, my condolences. 

2. Papermate Flair Felt Tip Pens

These are my favorite pens to use. I use these for color coding my calendars and writing notes to friends and family. It's always fun to write in bright colors!! Also, I like that they are markers. It keeps me in touch with my inner child. 

3. Happy Planner
This is the planner that I use and I LOVE IT!! It's giant. Maybe you like smaller planners, but not me. I like to have ALL the room to write ALL the things.

4. Colored Post-its

Because for the love of all things, who doesn't love colored post its. 

5. Apple Pumpkin Yankee Candle

 

 I fell in love with this candle when we toured the model of our first house. It always smelled like this candle. My mom found it at Yankee Candle and bought me one; it's been a fall staple at our house every year since. 

6. Pineapples

 

Pineapples are the universal symbol for warmth, friendship, hospitality, and welcome. Seeing as all those things are the things that make me happiest, pineapples are for sure one of my favorite things. I bought this awesome keychain to represent my love. 

7. Pumpkins

 

Oh, I love pumpkins. As referenced by my current mantle decoration! 

8. Blanket Scarves

 

I like scarves, sure. But the blanket scarves are my favorite. What's better than wrapping yourself in a cozy blanket on a breezy fall day? Wrapping yourself in a cozy blanket IN PUBLIC ALL DAY!

9. Wooden Spoons

 

I love to cook and the thing that I love to cook with the most is wooden spoons. Sure it seems that there is are fancier utensils to cook with, but the wooden spoon is tried and true. I have a whole crock full of them!

10. Thieves Cleaner

 

I love Clorox wipes. But ever since I began working with essential oils, I've been using Thieves cleaner. I love it for a multitude of reasons. The number one reason, it's chemical free and I can let my kids clean up after dinner. I'm happy to help you get some Thieves Cleaner - just email me!

11. Disney

 

Oh, you didn't know? I love Disney. This super cute reusable shopping bag represents my love. My deep, desperate love.

12. My Bible

 

I love my Bible, it's my favorite book. I've got lots of different Bibles, but it's the same love. I use these SO CUTE Bible tabs in my study Bible, so these are what I gave away at the party!

13. Aslan

 

Aslan represents my love for books. Aslan is my favorite fictional character, and when I think of that lion I think of all my favorite stories. I think of all my adventures in Neverland, Narnia, and Hogwarts with some of my favorite characters.

14. Parks and Rec

 

Easily my favorite TV show of all time. This same little Leslie Knope sits atop my desk at home, reminding me that friendship, hard work, and a little bit of manic optimism can help you achieve great things.

15. Wonder Woman

 

Because I am also an Amazonian. This vinyl decal represents Diana Prince's and my shared persona.

16. Hot Tea

 

I've loved tea all my life and iced or hot, it's my jam. My favorite hot tea is Sleepytime. There's nothing better than a warm cup of tea on my back porch in the cool of the evening. 

17. COFFEE

 

I mean, come on.
I gave away a Starbucks gift card to represent my addicti-, I mean, love of coffee.

18. Gather

 

Currently the word "gather" appears 4 times in my living room/kitchen. It's my battle cry, my banner, my theme. To represent this word, I gave away this wooden cut out of the word GATHER.

19. Flowers

 

I love fresh flowers! Usually, I can get some really beautiful flowers at my local Kroger. But, the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen come from Farmgirl Flowers.

20. Mrs. Meyer's Lavendar Hand Soap

 

I'm late to the game on this one, as I've just recently discovered this. After being an avid consumer of Bath and Body Works hand soap, I've switched to this Mrs. Meyer's brand hand soap. It's not overly perfumy and doesn't dry out my hands.

21. Binders

 

I love cute binders. Ah heck, I love school supplies. Here are some super cute binders.

22. Mugs

 

I love mugs. I love them. It borders on insanity. It has caused many a tiff in our home as the cabinet becomes jam-packed with cute, fun, coffee mugs. This Yeti is awesome, it keeps coffee hot for busy Mamas that set their coffee down too many times and end up microwaving that coffee far too many times.

23. Sweet Tea

 

McAllister's Sweet Tea is the best. It's one of my favorite summer treats. I also enjoy a Starbuck's Iced Black Tea. As representation for my sweet tea love, I gave away a McAllisters Sweet Tea.

24. Cooking

 

I love to cook and I love to share recipes with people. This is directly evidenced by the RadMeals Facebook group! In order to represent this thing I love, I gave away a recipe box with some recipe cards.

25. Kitchen Towels

 

Along with cutesy mugs, I also love cutesy kitchen towels. I have two different stashes of kitchen towels: the ones I love for decoration and the ones I allow to be used in dish doing. ;) 

26. Riesling

 

While wine is definitely one of my favorite things, my favorite wine is a Harvest Riesling.

27. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 

You can't live without a bottle of EVOO, you just can't.

28. Serving Platters

 

To go along with my love of cooking and feeding people - serving platters of some of my favorite things! I especially love my slate serving board. Chill it to keep your cheese board fresh!

29. Crushed Red Pepper

My favorite spice is crushed red pepper. It's my fave.

30. Succulents

 

As much as I love flowers and plants, I have a very black thumb. Cue succulents. While I often still end up killing them, they last much longer. Also, they are so stinking cool looking.
